  • Yes. Every project includes a digital proof for your review before printing begins. For projects that require precise color matching, we can provide a hard print proof so you can see the finished result before full production starts. Please let us know during your order if you’d like to include a hard print proof in the process.

  • We carry a wide range of paper weights and stocks, from lightweight text stocks to heavy cover weights. Tell us the purpose and feel you are looking for, and we will guide you toward the best option for your project.

  • Yes. We use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) to keep your brand colors consistent across every project. Our five-color press also includes a dedicated ink unit, which means we can run a custom brand color or add a protective aqueous coating in a single pass.

  • Aqueous coating is a clear, water-based finish that protects your printed piece from scratches, smudges, and fingerprints while making colors look richer and more polished. UV coating is a thicker, high-gloss finish cured with ultraviolet light, offering a more dramatic sheen and stronger protection. Both are applied in-house. Not sure which is right for your project? Heather can help you decide.

  • Timelines vary depending on quantity, materials, and finishing needs. The earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we have to plan around your deadline. If your timeline is tight, contact Heather and we will do our best to accommodate your project.

  • Depending on our current print calendar and project requirements, we may be able to accommodate rush requests. Reach out to Heather as soon as possible to discuss your timeline and we will let you know what is possible.

  • Yes. We offer local delivery in the Wooster area and nationwide shipping through UPS and FedEx. You are also welcome to pick up your order in person at our location on 1345 W. Old Lincoln Way, Wooster, Ohio 44691.

  • Yes. While we are rooted in Wooster, Ohio, we work with clients across the country. Projects are shipped nationwide through trusted carriers, and Heather is available by phone and email to manage your project from start to finish, regardless of location.
